• Use any form of nitrate medicine. This includes glyceryl trinitrate sprays, tablets or patches (common for angina) and isosorbide mononitrate or dinitrate.
• Use amyl nitrite ("poppers")

• Have had a heart attack within the last 90 days

• Have had vision loss from NAION in the past

• Are allergic to tadalafil

Use With Caution If You Have

• Kidney or liver disease
• Penile deformities such as Peyronie's disease
• Conditions that increase priapism risk, such as sickle cell anaemia, multiple myeloma or leukaemia
• Bleeding disorders or active stomach ulcers
• Inherited eye conditions such as retinitis pigmentosa

The Big One: Nitrates and Poppers
